Joosy Gastro is more than a place to eat. Created by Leon, it is a space where food, culture, people and different experiences naturally come together. My connection with Joosy started through Leon. What began as two people meeting and sharing ideas gradually became an opportunity to document the space from within and follow what continues to develop around it. This is not intended to be one finished portrait. As Joosy evolves, new chapters can reveal the people, activities and experiences that continue to give the place its identity.
